KIA 2017 Renewals
This year has passed by so fast, and KIA had two General Membership Meetings, two Networking Events, a Kakaako Clean Up, and a KIA Invitational Golf Tournament. There has also been a monthly newsletter filled with information for all KIA members. Mahalo to those who participated in one, some, or all of our 2016 events.
For 2017, KIA will continue with two General Membership Meetings and two Networking Events, unfortunately the Honolulu Design Centers' Cupola Special Events Room will not be available. When the dates and new locations are known, the KIA newsletter will have the information. In any case, KIA would like to thank Thomas Sorensen for his support over the years with the venue and lunch. If an occasion arrises that a KIA member needs a great location, delicious food, and a variety of drinks, please think of the Stage Restaurant or Amuse Wine Bar.
Renewal notices for 2017 will be emailed KIA members in November. The annual membership dues are $75 for companies with 20 or less employees; $150 for companies with 21 to 49 employees; and $200 for companies with 50 or more employees. The KIA Board appreciates all members and welcomes new membership any time throughout the year.
Please check the KIA website (www.kia-hawaii.org) to be sure that the Membership Directory listing of your company is up-to-date. Any changes should be emailed to Sherry Goya, KIA Executive Director, at sgoyallc@aol.com and KIA Board member Peterson Rosario (and webmaster) will make the change. Comments and suggestions are aways open when it comes to the KIA website. Both Sherry and Peterson try hard to keep it updated; but the time just flies by so fast that they might forget to make changes in a timely manner.

KIA Newsletter Update
The KIA newsletter will be updated, revised, changed, improved, and energized in 2017...that doesn't mean Peterson Rosario hasn't done a good job. He has done an EXCELLENT job organizing and laying out the articles that are written by Sherry for the past few years. They work so well together, that the newsletters have "fit" on either a one page or two page. KIA members are always welcome to email articles, pictures, special offers, upcoming events, etc. to Sherry. Since it is a monthly newsletter, announcements can be very timely for KIA companies to share with the membership.
